Jenn was awesome, she listened to what I wanted and provided feedback while cutting my hair. I wouldn't have had her put in shorter layers without her advice (I have curly/ wavy hair), it turned out great!

I only came in to purchase products, the staff was not welcoming or friendly. I'm pretty sure I didn't see one employee smile or even try to give good customer service.
